1P 098 - Thunderbolt Apache Leader

The leaders of the podcast are here. Julius and Albert are joined this episode by Kevin Erskine, organizer of the Top 100 Solo Games and a prominent member of the 1 Player Guild. Everyone chats about some current games and reviews Thunderbolt Apache Leader and the Leader series in general.

Plus, we're starting a new series: PnP Patrol with Chris Hansen. Chris will be presenting a different print-and-play game every episode. The series starts with a review of Invaders from Dimension X.
Oh, and Albert flubs it on the Great Debate (but maybe you'll vote for him anyway).

1P 093 - Airborne Commander

This latest episode of the show, we cover a cool new solo game called Airborne Commander.  It was designed by Aaron Lauster and published by Stratamax Games.  This deck-building game is not unlike Friday in style, size and color.  We also talk about the idea of story in solo games.

1P 084 - Frontline: D-Day

Albert is finally back from vacation but now Julius is missing.  This episode features the return of the guest host, Chris Hansen.  In this episode Chris and I look at Frontline: D-Day, designed and published by Dan Verssen.    This is a WW2 game in which you control individual soldiers fighting in the front line (hence the name).  Albert also does a quick interview with Karl Fenner regarding Police Precinct, which is still on Kickstarter for a few days more.

1P 081 - Reconquista

This is the briefest episode in quite a while as we had to cut the Kickstarter Report short.  However, check out the history segment on the Reconquista followed by a review of the game.  Also, the Elevenses for One contest is resolved.

1P 074 - The Hunters: German U-Boats at War

This episode I look at the game The Hunters: German U-Boats at War 1939-1943, if you want the full title.  This game is a simulation of being in charge of a u-boat during world war two.  The game is similar to the classic B-17 Queen of the Skies in that though the game play is very light and random it is full of historical flavor.

1P 065 - Hooyah

Episode 65.  In this show I talk about the game Hooyah:  The Navy Seals Card Game.  This is a light co-op game for 1-4 players in which you are trying to complete a covert mission, Ticket to Ride style.  Hooyah is published by US Games.  I also look at the upcoming Essen releases.
